Conor Jones
My name is Conor Jones. I’m originally from Portland, Oregon. Looking for adventure and sunny weather, I headed to North Carolina for college. I graduated from UNC – Chapel Hill with a degree in economics and political science.
I took my first job here in Richmond, VA because RIFP immediately impressed me as a close-knit, friendly crowd. I was compelled by the challenge associated with building my own business from scratch. I thoroughly enjoy the contacts I have made in this business, and still get excited by the thrill of putting deals together.
I am a big Oregon Ducks college football fan, and an even larger Tar Heels basketball fan. Nothing in sports compares to the UNC vs. Duke Rivalry!
I also enjoy traveling, and I hope to take my next major trip to Eastern Europe or South America.

Robert Baldwin
I'm Robert Baldwin. I was raised in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. While earning degrees in Economics and Business at the University of Oregon I played football for the Ducks' 1995 Rose Bowl and 1996 Cotton Bowl teams.
My wood products career started in college with a summer internship with a hardwood plywood manufacturing sales department. After college, and a few years as a professional ski bum, I went on to be a sales representative for a hardwood plywood manufacture for a year. Before joining RIFP in the fall of 2007 I was a sales representative for a plywood importer for six years where I focused on products from Russia, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brazil, Ecuador, and Chile.
When I am away from the office I enjoy any outdoor activity. Currently I spend time snow skiing, windsurfing, fly-fishing, mountain biking, trail running, water skiing, golfing and camping. If you can't find me outside feeding my adrenaline addiction you will find me with friends and family traveling and relaxing.
